Macaroni & Cheese (to die for)
8 ounces of macaroni
Salt to taste
1 ¼ plus 1 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard
¼ teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 ½ cup half and half
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Boil macaroni
Combine 1 ¼ cups cheese with flour, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and sour cream.
Set aside
Whip eggs. Pour in half and half. Carefully blend in heavy cream. Add Worcestershire. Set aside
Gently fold the flour and cheese mixture into the whipped egg mixture. Add the macaroni and blend gently
Place in 8 ½ x 11 –inch glass baking pan. Spinkle with cheese and nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Place under grill for a minute or two until cheese crust is golden brown.

To die for is right. One bowl and you will probably have a heart attack. Sounds pretty good
